Yes! 90 Days. Dependable Appliance Northshore provides a thorough diagnosis of your appliance, and always guarantee the repair with a ninety Day guarantee. We are confident that you’ll receive the best appliance repair service available on the Northshore. If you don’t love your appliance reapir service, we’ll make it right.

Yes!  We charge a service call fee upon coming out to your residence. If you choose to not have our technician repair your appliance for any reason once he has arrived at your residence, you are still responsible to pay the service call fee to Dependable Appliance Northshore.

This fee is included in the total cost to fix your appliance.  If we have to come back to finish a repair on the same appliance, within the 90 day warranty period, you are not charged an additional service call fee.  

Yes! We strive to complete most calls on the same/next day if possible.  If we do not have a particular part on hand, repairs are completed within 2 to 3 days in most cases.

All of our technicians are trained & supported by the best appliance manufacturers in the industry such as Frigidaire, Maytag & Whirlpool Brands.

No. Every appliance repair is unique. Repair costs vary based on the type of appliance, your location, and the severity and type of problem that needs repair.

When you set up a repair service call, you’ll know how much it costs to have a technician visit your home and initially examine the appliance.

The tech will diagnose the failure and provide you with an up-front estimate to repair the appliance at that time.

For online appliance repair appointments,  you’ll receive a call back to confirm your appointment.

On the day of your scheduled repair, you’ll receive a call from our technician letting you know, they are in route to your home.

Our business hours are from 9am – 5pm Monday thru Friday.  You can give us a call during this time and one of our agents will be available.

If you reach us after normal business hours either by phone or email, please leave a message and we will contact you on the next business day.

Give us a call at (985) 882-1681 and let us know that you no longer need a technician to come out to your residence.  We will confirm the cancellation over the phone with you and remove you off of our schedule.
